History behind the design
Corrado takes a big part in Volkswagen scene now and then. Based on the A2 platform, this coupe came with various powerplants such as VR6 (2.8 or 2.9), 2.0 16 valve or even supercharged one with G60 forced induction. The Corrado is noted for its flush mounted windows and active rear spoiler — which raises automatically when the car exceeds certain speed. With only nearly 100000 units made, this car nowadays is still really popular among VW-heads.
